Inside DREAMSAME – An Interview About the First Drop

We sat down with the founder of DREAMSAME to talk about the new release, what the brand stands for, and why their store isn’t always open.

Q: DREAMSAME is finally dropping its first tee. Why start with something so minimal?
A: Because a T-shirt is the most honest piece of clothing. It’s simple, direct, and everyone wears it. For us, it’s not about overdesigning – it’s about attitude. Black shirt, white logo, nothing else. Straight to the point.

Q: Your store isn’t always online. Why only drops?
A: We want every release to mean something. If we were online all the time, the energy would fade. Drops create urgency. They’re events. People know: if you don’t act now, you’ll miss it. That tension is part of the brand.

Q: Who do you see wearing DREAMSAME?
A: People who don’t need permission. Those who like things that are rare, that not everyone has. Our pieces aren’t made for the masses. They’re for the ones who move differently.

Q: Let’s talk about the tee. What makes it special?
A: Heavy cotton, solid fit, no compromises. It feels substantial. The logo is positioned where you can see it, but it’s not screaming. It’s confident without being loud.

Q: Last words for anyone reading this?
A: Don’t wait. The shop isn’t always open. When it is, it’s for a reason – and when it closes, it’s gone.
